"Pēterītis"
Charred Ash, finished with food safe linseed oil. The surface is very resistant to washing and can be used for cutting. With long-term use and washing, the top layer will not become lighter! Burnt wood is slightly harder than regular wood and the charcoal surface is naturally antibacterial.
Each board will be slightly different thanks to the wood grain pattern.
